Your excursion today starts with a visit to the Chinchero community, which is located around 28 km from Cusco. Here you will find the remains of the palace of the Inca Tupac Yupanqui as well as beautiful colonial temples built on the foundations of the Inca buildings. However, the Chinchero market, which takes place every Sunday and where local producers from the Sacred Valley offer their products, is particularly outstanding. This colorful and lively market fascinates its visitors with a large selection of handicrafts and textiles in the original pre-Columbian style.
