Your Travel Experience with South American Tours DMC

Later you will be taken to the Viejo Almacén tango house, because a tango night is a must when visiting the Argentine capital!

The origins of tango date back to the last century, when the entire Río de la Plata area was crowded with European immigrants, who brought with them their own music.

At some point, the elements of the different musical styles merged and something new emerged: tango. The first instruments of the musicians who paraded through the dance halls and streets and of the dancers (initially only men) were flutes, violins and guitars; later the piano and the bandoneon (a kind of accordion) were also consolidated as tango instruments.

You will first be served dinner at the Viejo Almacen restaurant, then you will cross the street to the show house, where there is a tango show on the program. The artists show the different variations of tango and milonga.

After the tango show return to the hotel.

**Note: The excursion is shared with other passengers. Transfers from the hotel to the tango house and vice versa are done as shared transfers along with other travelers and a Spanish-speaking driver. The tango hause has English-speaking staff.
