Your Travel Experience with South American Tours DMC
Early in the morning (5:00h) you will be picked you up at your hotel and start towards the town of Cusipata where we will have breakfast. Then you will continue to the community of Kayrawiri which will be the starting point of the hike to the Rainbow Mountain. On route you will appreciate the beautiful scenery, canyons and rock formations. Upon arrival we will start our trek for about 2 hours.
You will also be able to contemplate a diversity of South American camelids, lakes and beautiful landscapes. Once arrived, you will have some time to take in the breathtaking scenery of the colorful Vinicunca, the Rainbow mountain and take beautiful photographic shots before heading back the same way. From Kayrawiri you return to Cusipata for lunch. After lunch and a short rest, you are driven back to the city of Cusco and to your hotel where you will arrive around 16:00h.
