In the morning, after a one-hour walk from Puerto Ayora, you will reach the paradisiacal “Bahía Tortuga” beach, the longest on the island. The sheltered bay is separated from the rest of the beach by a rock.
On this beach, surrounded by mangroves, you can explore the bay by swimming and, with a bit of luck, encounter marine iguanas and sea turtles.
In the afternoon, you will continue to the pier of Puerto Ayora, from where you will take the public speedboat to the island of Isabela (approx. 2h 30min journey time).
